Crap Beer Day

  On Sunday, May 24th, Thalia Hall will celebrate that special beverage we all love to love. The ever refreshing, ice cold, and easy drinking Crap Beer. You know the stuff: it's filling the back of your fridge, it's your go to partner for life’s everyday activities.  It just feels good.

At Thalia Hall, we love Craft Beer. We drink it every day. In fact, we're thrilled to be presenting some excellent Chef Driven Craft Beer events associated with Chicago Craft Beer Week. CCBW is (not) coincidentally the days preceding our Crap Beer celebration. But, by the end of a week celebrating all thing high gravity, hoppy, and barrel aged, we'd like a palate cleanser. After savoring all that amazing  beer, we'd like to just drink some beer.

So come knock back a few with us. There will be $1 beers in excess. Buckets of Crap for cheap. High Life 40's w/ bottle service and champagne flutes. High Life ponies for feeding time at Punch House. The Golden Horse Ranch Band will be teaching us to square dance.  We will be doing blind taste testing, and just having a good ol’ time.  Stop into Dusek’s beforehand to get your base on with some of our fine brunch offerings.  Thalia will open her doors early at 4pm for your sudsy pleasure.
